What are some of your hobbies?
My hobbies is going out with the family every weekend, working out at the gym at least twice a week and hanging out with my wife and friends for drinks and chats.
What is the most exciting part of the business?
The most exciting part of the business for me is how volatile the transactions can get. It always seems impossible until it’s done.
What would be the most challenging part of the business?
The most challenging part of the business is the tight competition among other brokers in Makati. When showing a unit to a client, there’s no guarantee that the unit you showed will be the one chosen no matter how beautifully furnished the unit is. However, when your unit gets chosen, it makes us feel very motivated and confident.
