Help With Your Property

Want to list a residential or commercial property for rent? Follow these instructions for this service:

1. Submit the requirements to NPS Realty for evaluation via marketing@npsrealty.com.ph.
   
   1. Requirements:
      
      1. Name and contact number of owner
      2. Actual photos of the unit in landscape format
      3. Minimum resolution of 800 x 600px
      4. Unit particulars                
         1. Unit Type
         2. Exact Location / Unit number of the property (Unit # will not be published)
         3. Asking Price
         4. Unit Size
         5. Other Particulars (i.e. building amenities, special requests)
2. Once our team has verified that the requirements are complete, we will post the unit on the Featured Properties page with an assigned NPS Reference Number.
3. You will receive an email of the link to the Featured Property once the entry is published live on the website.

NPS Tips:

• We also charge the standard broker’s fee which is 1 month rental price of the unit.
• While the process only has three steps, we would like to manage your expectations. We would like to explain that listing the property on our website does not guarantee a specific timeframe when a unit will be rented out.
• We would also need your cooperation in coordinating between us and the prospect tenant for seamless transactions, and most especially, your patience and trust that we are doing our best to look for a tenant for your unit.
